Our Story
True Fix Dallas started in 2010 with a single technician and a used service van. Wade Holbrook had spent years running manufacturer warranty routes across Dallas–Fort Worth and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched TrueFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork.
Today True Fix Dallas is Dallas's trusted appliance repair company, with a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.
