Service Agreement
By booking a repair with TrueFix, you agree to provide accurate information about your appliance and allow our technician access to the appliance at the agreed time. We reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance cannot be safely accessed or repaired.
Pricing & Payment
A free diagnosis is included with every service call. Once the fault has been identified, we provide a fixed-price quote before any repair work begins. Payment is due on completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and check.
90-Day Warranty
All parts supplied and labour performed by TrueFix are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of repair. If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we will return and resolve it at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unrelated faults that develop after the repair.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We reserve the right to charge a $25 trip fee for appointments cancelled after the technician has already departed.
Limitation of Liability
TrueFix is liable for damage caused directly by our technicians during a repair visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential losses, or appliance failures that occur after the warranty period has expired.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
