LG appliances surface clear fault codes. Here are the ones we see most often and what they mean.
LG Washer Codes
- OE: Not draining — check the pump filter and drain hose.
- UE: Unbalanced load — redistribute the laundry.
- IE: Not filling — check the inlet hoses and screens.
- LE: Motor locked or overloaded — often the Direct Drive sensor.
LG Dryer Codes
- D80/D90/D95: Vent is 80–95% blocked — clean the duct now.
- tE: Thermistor fault.
LG Refrigerator Codes
- rF: Fan circuit fault.
- dH: Defrost heater taking too long.
